You must already possess world-class experience, but the field of expertise can be varied. Manufacturing experience is always in demand at AMC. But to staff our Lean Accounting and Lean Supply Chain groups we also need accounting and supply chain specialists as well. Strong leadership capabilities are equally important in our field.

AMC administers and co-ordinates a vital program of placing experienced Japanese experts into Chinese factories which need advanced technology for short term training assignments. We are always looking for Japanese technical experts in a variety of industrial segments, including Lean Champions, injection molding, mold making, and many other fields. When you are not living at the factory in China, you will be a part of our invigorating community of experts in our Shanghai home. We provide housing, and full services for your on and off times.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Auditor? Let's Talk

AMC's world-class CSR consultation services require probably more than you have been used to giving. Finding problems at a factory is not difficult. We write Corrective Action Plans and then we assist the factory to lower total working hours, bring down OT hours, and of course ensure the factory is a safe and healthy environment. Our Lean professionals and our CSR professionals form Project Teams at factories requesting CSR support.
