Asia Management Consultants is based in China. We understand what it takes to succeed in this environment. Our company vision rests on our understanding that for a factory to improve it often needs to be helped from the outside. Classroom training alone is not enough. To make changes on the factory floor you need support.

Our services include both aspects of support: classroom training as well as guided, factory floor implementation support.

Lean Professionals

Training is done in your local language, using materials that suit your own organisational requirements. We start at the level and pace that your organization is currently able to achieve at, and go from there. We encourage formation of a Steering Team for your lean journey, and we work with that level first to ascertain overall requirements and direction. Our staff will develop a program that is suited to the needs of your factory.

What is learned in the classroom or seminar setting is taken to the floor and reinforced by joint training of your first line, lower level management staff. Line Leaders, Assistant Line Leaders, Warehouse Supervisors, Production Supervisors and their Assistants. Taking classroom instruction to this level is challenging. Through AMC's guided support we actually train this level most effectively by our combined approach.

Cost Effective

We have based our company in China to be better able to support our customers' actual requirements. We provide cost-effective support for your improvements, and have specific training programs for your factory that won't strain your ability to justify outside guidance.

You can chose shorter term training that is intense and pinpoint, or longer term programs that allow your own internal systems to develop their own continuous improvement pace.
