If you are interested in what kind of monthly report data we provide for our customers, please review the information below.

For all AMC customers we provide monthly reports that outline what progress has been made, as well as make clear obstacles (roadblocks) to your lean transformation. There are some data that are also supplied on a more frequent basis such as Task List data and other implementation support level information that is being reviewed with your factory at cell level (factory floor level).

We provide a detailed monthly report that outlines:

• training conducted and results
• KPI metrics developed and reported for your factory
• cost savings generated
• roadblocks that need attention

AMC provides additional support to the top people who are steering the lean transformation and need support from us as to what more they at the top level can do to shape and expedite change at their factory. Highly useful.

AMC's Corporate Social Responsibility Report

For customers who have signed up for AMC CSR Support, we provide detailed CSR related data such as trend line data to show working hours, OT hours, and other pertinent CSR related data which your customers are interested in.
